The Online Timed Auction Process allows active bidder participation over a period of a few days. Bidders have the ability to enter bids, watch the Auction progress, and have a direct contact with Sun Auctioneers for specific asset or Auction process questions. The amount of time remaining to bid, will reset and increase a few minutes, when a bid is offered in the final few minutes. This allows other bidders the ability to respond with an increased bid. When the final time limit has expired the Auction will close, and no further bids will be allowed. At any time during the entire Auction process, Bidders with previous scheduling conflicts have the ability to provide their best and highest bids, without the need to be available during the final day of the Auction. The Auction process will bid for that bidder, at the normal increased amounts, up to their previously set maximum amount. Those maximum bid amounts may be updated at any time during the Auction.

All Bidders must register for each Auction Event. A credit card will be necessary to verify identification and guarantee any bids offered. Sun Auctioneers does not have access to, or retain any personal/credit card information, other tan contact information. A link to register for any Auction will be provided in the Upcoming Auctions section on this website.

Depending on the volume and the area required, assets may be sold at a Sun Auctioneers facility. Assets may also be sold standing where they are located, depending on the situation. Removal and transportation of all assets purchased at the Auction is the responsibility of the Buyer. See the Terms of each Auction Event for information on removal times and length of time allowed for removal.

Sun Auctioneers will market the asset with as accurate description as possible including photos, and sometimes videos. All assets will be sold AS-IS, with no warranty expressed on behalf of Sun Auctioneers or the Seller. Any manufacturer warranties will be disclosed. All information provided by Sun Auctioneers is believed to be accurate, however, it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER to perform all due diligence and verify conditions prior to offering any bids. NO BIDS MAY BE RESCINDED. Do not offer any bids if you are not prepared to finalize all purchases.

With the exception of proper Government authorized documents, all Buyers will be responsible to pay for any applicable State Sales Taxes. Contact Sun Auctioneers or view the Terms of any scheduled Auction for specific circumstances.

All Buyers will be responsible to pay Sun Auctioneers a Bidders Fee. The fee amount will be stated in the Auction Terms of each individual Auction.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to removal from any asset from any location. All purchases must be paid in full within the time specified in the Terms of each Auction. No “split accounting” will be offered.

Any Titled Asset will be assigned by a licensed dealer. A Doc fee may be charged for this service. No Safety, DOT, Condition reports are offered or available. All assets are sold AS-IS.
