EXPERIENCE

Kris has been an active business owner her entire life. She owned and operated a new auto dealership which included Chrysler Corp, Ford Motor Co and GMC Trucks.

Upon graduating from the Continental School Of Auctioneering in Mankato, Minnesota, Kris and husband Dave began their epic careers as a Auctioneers in Bullhead City, Arizona. For an 11 year period, Kris and Dave provided Auction Service to The City Of Bullhead City AZ, Lake Havasu City Az, Mohave County, as well as Banks and businesses.

In 2006, Kris and Dave relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. They quickly became the largest privately held, Las Vegas based Auction Company in Nevada. There, they provided professional service to the US Bankruptcy Court Trustees, Banks, Receivers, Businesses and private parties. During one of the worst recessions to hit the area, they successfully conducted large asset Auctions for their clients. Large value items sold included Real Estate, Commercial Truck and Equipment Fleets, Warehouse Quantities of Goods, Watercraft, and Aircraft including a Corporate Jet!

Currently residing in Henderson, Tennessee, they are providing service to liquidate large volume and valued assets. They provide an On-Line Timed Auction process, which offers our clients an easy format for buying or selling.

A quality Auction Company, assumes all duties required to have a smooth, and successful event on behalf of the seller. It includes extensive pre Auction preparations and marketing. It continues throughout the actual Auction Event, and asset release to the buyers. It is completed upon final settlement of funds, normally within 7 days, not weeks or even months like most other firms.

For buyers, Professionalism, is our commitment to provide an information rich format for buyer comfort. Our faithful buyers do not appreciate surprises, and neither do we. Our buyers are online bidders and rely on Auction Company information to valuate the asset. We are always prepared to produce any specific information regarding an asset we have available to us. This includes photos, short videos, and any specific data we may have available. Where-as, the ultimate responsibility of verifying conditions is that of the buyer, we will always do our best to provide what we believe to be complete and factual information.
